We have no other official channels. Any other account, channel, chat or website presenting itself as Flash Exchange is not us.

A Flash Exchange employee will never ask you for

• your account password or two-factor code;
• your wallet seed phrase or private key;
• a transfer "to unlock", "to verify" or "to prove solvency";
• permission to install remote access software.

If you are asked for any of this, it is not us. Stop the conversation and contact us through an official channel.
